Olbermann wants Biden to pardon millions, including Hunter

In a controversial move, President Joe Biden granted his son Hunter a comprehensive pardon covering potential federal crimes spanning from 2014 to 2024, despite previous denials from the administration about such intentions.

The sweeping pardon shields Hunter from prosecution for various alleged offenses, including tax fraud charges in California, felony gun charges in Delaware, and any involvement in the Biden family’s business dealings since his appointment to Burisma’s board in 2014. The pardon also covers the recent White House cocaine incident.

This action contradicts months of assertions from Biden’s administration, Democratic leadership, and left-leaning media outlets who had repeatedly claimed Hunter would not receive a pardon, citing their commitment to legal principles.

Left-wing commentator Keith Olbermann enthusiastically endorsed the pardon on X, stating, “Pardon Hunter? GREAT. Now pardon everybody else. Every prosecutor, every Biden administration staffer, every media figure, everybody Trump will persecute. 10,000,000 pardons. At least.”

Conservative commentator Gunther Eagleman challenged Olbermann’s statement, asking, “Are you admitting there are over 10,000,000 criminals in DC?” followed by, “Do you ever think before you post?”

The exchange prompted questions about the logic behind these preemptive pardons, particularly given the left’s characterization of Trump as a potential dictator. Elon Musk joined the conversation by responding with bullseye and laughing emojis.

Olbermann later doubled down on his stance during his podcast, urging Biden to issue “10 million pardons for everybody Trump might pursue, everybody Trump ever was criticized by, covered by, prosecuted by,” including himself, concluding with a direct appeal: “Get busy, Mr. President.”
