Among the accusations, Williams faces charges for entering an unmarked restricted zone near the Capitol building.
ABC News reported: “His charges include assaulting officers, civil disorder and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, according to a criminal complaint filed last week.”
The incident, which resulted in the deaths of four Trump supporters including two women, has remained a focus of FBI Director Chris Wray’s investigative efforts, rather than addressing other national security concerns such as border-related issues.
