House Republicans released a report saying Biden committed “impeachable conduct” while in office. The House Oversight, Judiciary and Ways & Means Committees, released the report which claims Biden “abused his office” and “defrauded the United States to enrich his family.”
Over months of investigation, the 292-page report compiles evidence. It charges that Biden “was a willing and unlawful participant in this familial / organized criminal enterprise” to convert the office of Vice-President into their personal money-maker as they got tens-of-millions from around-the-world.
“The Committees have accumulated evidence demonstrating that President Biden has engaged in impeachable conduct,” the report says.
The report claims that since 2014 the Biden family and Hunter’s relatives have been involved in transactions with foreign individuals or entities of more than $27 million. It also accuses the family of having used Biden’s vice-presidential position to receive more than $8 million in loans from Democratic donors.
Major claims in the report include Biden dining with and calling his family’s foreign business partners when he was vice president. More specifically, a one in 2014 dinner with Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina that resulted in the transfer of $3.5 million to Hunter Biden’s firm Rosemont Seneca Thorton.
The report also alleges a cover-up by the Biden family to hide their involvement in what purportedly was an illegal partnership. The Biden family received foreign money through complex financial transactions.
The Biden family would by and large do what it had been enabled to do, except they laundered the money through intermediary organizations, which sprinkled transactions all over.
The report also points out claims from “several” IRS whistleblowers that federal officials allowed the statute of limitations to run on Hunter Biden’s alleged tax offenses. This could potentially serve as a possible grounds for impeachment.
House Republicans charge that Biden “put foreign interests ahead of the interests of the American people.”
Meanwhile, Republicans said Biden used his position to “conceal his mishandling of classified information as a private citizen.”
“During his tenure as Vice President, Joe Biden removed highly sensitive classified documents from the White House, despite having no authority to do so,” the report states.
Biden temporarily canceled his campaign after the first presidential debate with former President Trump when internal pressure organically grew within bad-faith members of the Democratic Party. House Republicans have headed the impeachment inquiry since mid-2023, when the full House of Representatives approved it that December.
