Justin Baldoni appeared to be in high spirits during a Hawaiian family vacation amid the ongoing controversy surrounding him and Blake Lively’s “It Ends With Us” situation.

The 40-year-old actor spent Monday at a local park with his spouse Emily Baldoni, also 40, and their children Maiya, 9, and Maxwell, 7. Dressed casually in green shorts, a black t-shirt, sneakers, and a backward-facing baseball cap, Justin engaged in various activities, including soccer with his daughter and exercises on a pull-up bar.

The couple was spotted sharing lighthearted moments with friends while seated on bleachers during their tropical getaway.

Their vacation began Friday when they departed from Los Angeles International Airport, where Justin addressed the ongoing situation with Lively, telling TMZ he was finding strength through “amazing family, friends, and faith.”

Shortly after these vacation photos emerged, Justin’s legal team released unedited footage from an “It Ends With Us” scene, attempting to counter Lively’s allegations. The “Gossip Girl” star, 37, had filed a complaint and lawsuit in December 2024, accusing Justin of sexual harassment and orchestrating a social media smear campaign – claims he has consistently denied.

“Any woman who has been inappropriately touched in the workplace will recognize Ms. Lively’s discomfort,” the actress’s attorneys said Tuesday. “They will recognize her attempts at levity to try to deflect the unwanted touching.”

The situation escalated when Justin’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, announced plans to launch a website containing “relevant” communications with Lively, prompting her and husband Ryan Reynolds, 48, to seek a gag order to prevent potential jury influence. Justin, who faces additional legal challenges from his former publicist, has countered with a $400 million lawsuit against the couple and disputed The New York Times’ coverage of Lively’s complaints, though the newspaper maintains its reporting was “meticulous.”

Tensions between the co-stars became apparent at the film’s August 2024 premiere when they notably avoided taking photos together. Several cast members have publicly backed Lively, including Brandon Sklenar, who urged his social media followers to review her allegations “for the love of god” in December 2024. Jenny Slate expressed support through social media, stating, “I commend my friend, I admire her bravery and I stand by her side.”

Colleen Hoover, author of the 2016 novel that inspired the film, described Lively as “honest and kind” in an Instagram Story before deactivating her account on Wednesday.
