The Department of Homeland Security under the rule of Joe Biden let out over 150,000 border crossers and illegal aliens during the summer of 2021 without any Notice to Appear (NTA) for immigration court, according to newly uncovered DHS footage.
The bombshell video, released by Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, came from a lawsuit against Biden’s Catch and Release network, Breitbart News reports.
Hundreds of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens alike were released into the United States without any court date, according to revelations found in the video.
“You know over the summer, we had well over 150,000 folks come in,” an ICE official can be heard stating. “They were issued a piece of paper that said, ‘Find somebody in ICE,’ and that was pretty much it. There was no processing. I know this isn’t something that you guys asked for, and I can assure you that no one in the criminal alien program asked for it either.”
Moody believes that the Biden administration is intentionally letting illegal aliens run rampant around the country.
“As our litigation uncovered, this has been this administration’s plan all along. They’ve let in and lost track of hundreds of thousands of inadmissible immigrants, and it will get worse if Title 42 expires,” she said, according to a press release. “We will continue our litigation efforts to force Biden to follow the law and try to mitigate this national disaster.”
If #Title42 expires, El Paso – and many other border communities – will see DOUBLE or TRIPLE the amount of border crossings they are currently experiencing! pic.twitter.com/eFDQu6JWmg

As it currently stands, Biden’s DHS has let out at least 1.4 million border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has reportedly refused to guarantee that convicted criminals or gang members are not running amongst those who have recently crossed. Upon being asked if “none of the 600,000 individuals who are now in the United States amongst our communities that got away are gang members or criminals,” the DHS secretary responded by saying the inquiry demonstrates why the agency has “sought to prioritize national security and public safety threats in our Immigration and Customs Enforcement apprehension and removal efforts. ”
An estimated 192,000 border crossers and illegal aliens entered the United States in October alone.
